Nigeria, located in the Gulf of Guinea, is the most populated country of Africa, with more than 140 million inhabitants. The official language is the English, its area is 923 768 km².
It's a very poor country, tought its big production of oil. Nigeria is the third largest economy of Africa after South Africa and Algeria.
Since 1991, its capital city is Abuja. Before, it was Lagos. Actually, the chief of the governement is the democrat Umaru Yar' Adua.
