Hostage in Nigeria
The day before yesterday, French hostages were freed
after being held three years in Northeast Mali. But there still remain at
least, seven other French hostages. Among them, one, Francis Collomp is
held in Nigeria.
Francis
Collomp, a 63 year old engineer, from Reunion Island, wroked in Nigeria. Little
is know about his kidnapping except he was seized by Ansaru, an islamic group
close to the Nigerian group Boko Haram. This kidnapping took plac about one year
ago, on December 19, 2012.
Thee French government gave a proof of life to
his family, but since they have not received any other evidence. They still keep hope.
Otage au Nigéria
Avant-hier,
les otages français retenus depuis trois ans dans le nord du Mali ont été
libérés. Mais il reste, au moins, sept otages français. Parmi eux : Francis
Collomp, retenu au Nigéria.
Francis
Collomp, un ingénieur 63 ans habitant à la Réunion travaillait au Nigéria. Peu d’informations
ont filtré sur son enlèvement. Mais on sait qu’il a été enlevé par Ansaru,
un groupe islamique, proche du groupe gnigérian Boko Haram. L’enlèvement a eu
lieu il y a presque un an, le 19 décembre 2012.
Le gouvernement a donné à sa famille une preuve de vie, mais depuis la famille
n’a pas reçu d’autres éléments. Elle garde cependant espoir .
